Yes—we offer weekly and monthly rentals of manual wheelchairs, power scooters, power wheelchairs, hospital beds, patient lifts, low air loss mattresses, ramps, knee scooters, and portable oxygen for your convenience.
Do you offer delivery?
Absolutely, we offer white-glove delivery for most equipment in central Arkansas.
Are your rental scooters and wheelchairs FAA-approved for travel?
Yes, 12amp and below will be approved for airlines.
What types of power scooters do you offer?
We offer two brands (Golden Technologies & Pride Mobility). We sell travel scooters, full-size scooters, heavy-duty (≥ 350 lb capacity), and all-terrain scooters for indoor/outdoor use.
How do I choose between a power wheelchair and a scooter?
Power wheelchairs are best for tight indoor spaces and provide full body support; scooters are ideal for longer outdoor excursions and heavier users.
Do you service and repair DME products?
Yes, we repair and service all medical equipment purchased at Diamond Medical as well as items purchased at other suppliers for a small service fee.
Can I get assistance with Medicare or insurance?
We do not bill Medicare for any equipment at this time.
Do you carry incontinence and daily living supplies?
Yes—we offer incontinence briefs, underpads/ chux (disposable and washable), catheters, bathroom safety gear, grab bars, dressing aids, reachers, and more.
Can I test ride a power scooter before buying?
Of course—visit our large showroom located at 300 S Rodney Parham Ste 16 in Little Rock to test-drive any equipment we have.
What is a lift chair and who needs one?
A lift chair is a recliner with a powered lifting mechanism to help users stand up or sit down safely. It's ideal for seniors, people recovering from surgery, or anyone with limited mobility.
Can I try a lift chair in store?
Yes—We offer the largest selection of lift chairs in Arkansas, so you can test them out for size, comfort, and recline style.
Do patient lifts require professional installation?
Portable and hydraulic lifts do not; ceiling track systems do.
Are patient lifts available for rent?
Yes—we rent standard hydraulic patient lifts, and battery-powered lifts, including delivery and training on safe use.
What are daily living aids?
Daily living aids help individuals complete everyday tasks like dressing, bathing, reaching, or eating when mobility is limited.
Do you carry CPAPs?
No, we do not carry CPAPs or supplies at this time.
