Return Policy

Returns, Exchanges and Credits

Diamond Medicals customer satisfaction is very important to us. You may return most, unopened items for a full refund within 10 days of delivery and /or purchase with a receipt. Returns must meet the following criteria:

Original packaging

In new condition, and with no damage such as cracks, marks, missing parts, or dirty – such as tires, arm rests etc.


Non-returnable items:

  • Any open box items
  • All Special order items


For hygienic reasons other products that are not returnable are included, but not limited to:

  • Bathroom aids
  • Lift Chairs
  • Power Mobility
  • Bedding (pillows, linens, ect.)
  • Orthotic braces
  • Compression stockings


Cancelled orders:

Orders canceled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies, and 25% restocking fee may apply.


BARIATRIC RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, due to all bariatric equipment being special order these items are not available for return/refund.


Orthotics / Compression

You may return new, unused items with all manufacturer tags still attached by the manufacturer in the original condition within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original new and unaltered product packaging and manufacturer boxes by you. Due to hygiene reasons, all socks, underwear, and compression sales are final. CREDITS:

Once your return is reveived, Diamond Medial will issue a credit to the card used for purchase. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your credit to be issued to your account. If you paid by check, cash, or money order Diamond Medial will mail you a chec within 10 days.
